Ethical enabling for the future

Our professional and ethical approach to the strip-out and enabling works at 1 James Street created a blank canvas for Redevco to repurpose this impressive location into an exciting new mixed-use scheme with a clear focus on sustainable construction and the use of CLT.

After resequencing the programme to allow for the redesign of the fire alarm system, we completed all enabling works on time and achieved 99% recyclability on the project, paving the way for this busy London location to evolve to serve the changing commercial landscape.

Redevco commissioned General Demolition to carry out strip-out and enabling works in its £350k project to refurbish and convert a former retail space into part-retail and part-commercial space.
