20 Grafton Street
The old adage of a job well done certainly rang true for General Demolition on Grafton Street.
A few months after completing works at a neighbouring address, we were back in this prestigious area of London’s Mayfair. This time around, it was to undertake enabling works at no. 20 for another client ahead of a refurbishment.

Setting a new tone
General Demolition was asked to strip out 20 Grafton Street both above and below the ground floor where luxury interior designer, Holly Hunt, remained operational. A refurbishment scheme would follow, adding multiple external terraces including one at roof level which currently housed a large amount of plant (and not the calming green kind).
London was abuzz when the team began on site in May 2023. A new King. Two back-to-back bank holiday weekends. And the start of a new GD project. We know which we were most excited for.
